Terms of Service

Pixelarrow ("the game") is a tactics game played as a Telegram Mini App at play.pixelarrow.app and through its Telegram bot. It is operated by Vladlen Gladis ("we", "us"), Germany. By opening or playing the game you agree to these terms, to our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. Your account

You sign in with your Telegram account; we do not use passwords. You must be old enough to use Telegram under Telegram's own terms in your country. You are responsible for what happens in the game under your Telegram account. One player, one account: creating several accounts to gain an advantage is not allowed.

2. The game and its seasons

The single-player campaign is saved on your device and, when you are signed in, on our server. The online mode is played in seasons. When a season ends, its map, armies, heroes, items, gold and resources are reset; final ranks and titles are kept. Drachmae, cosmetics and trophies are kept across seasons.

We keep improving the game, so rules, balance, prices and content may change. We may pause or end a season, or the game as a whole; if we end the game for good we will announce it in advance in the game or in the bot.

3. Telegram Stars, Drachmae and digital goods

• Telegram Stars buy packs of Drachmae, the game's premium currency (and the legacy Supporter banner). Payments are processed by Telegram; we never see your card or payment details.
• Drachmae and everything bought with them (cosmetics, the premium season pass, consumables, marketplace purchases) are digital goods, delivered to your account immediately after payment.
• Drachmae are a limited license to use a game feature. They have no monetary value, are not money or property, and cannot be cashed out, exchanged for Stars or any currency, or sold outside the game. The only transfer between players is the in-game marketplace, under its rules (a 10% fee is burned).
• Season gold and resources are game items without any value outside the season they were earned in.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy and Telegram's Terms of Service for Telegram Stars. If a refunded purchase credited Drachmae, those Drachmae are taken back.

4. Fair play

Do not cheat. In particular, do not: tamper with the game, its battles or its network traffic; use bots, scripts or automation; exploit bugs (please report them instead); abuse several accounts or the marketplace to move value between accounts; harass other players, or use offensive names for your heroes or clan. Online battles are verified by the server; results that do not replay are void.

We may warn, limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and remove what was gained by breaking them, including Drachmae and items. Where the law allows, no refund is given for an account closed for cheating or fraud.

5. Notifications

If you have started our bot, it may send you game notifications (for example: your land is under attack, a march arrived, the season is ending). You can turn each kind off in the game's Settings → Notifications or with the bot's /settings command, or stop all messages by blocking the bot.

6. Content and intellectual property

The game, its art, music, code and texts belong to Vladlen Gladis or its licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the game for your own entertainment. Clan names and hero names you choose must not infringe anyone's rights; we may change or remove them.

7. Availability and liability

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it running and your progress safe, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses of in-game items or progress, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy, or send /delete_my_data to the bot). Unused Drachmae are lost when your account is deleted.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for important changes, tell you in the game or the bot. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
